What happens after you reach out

1. 01

   Call or send the form

Call (925) 209-2459 or send the form with a few lines about the floor, what room it's in and what's going wrong with it. If you'd like to know who you're dealing with first, read about us.

2. 02

We reply within one business day

We get back to you within one business day and set a time for me to come see the floor. If something about the slab worries you, like cracks or an old coating that's lifting, mention it then so I know what to check.

3. 03

I come out for the estimate

I look at the slab myself, ask how you use the space and give you a free written estimate with no obligation, and if the floor you want isn't a good fit, I'll tell you on that first visit. If you go ahead, we set the date around testing and prep, our own crew does the prep and the finish, and I walk the floor with you at the end.
